i am terrified of death i need help?
i cant explain i just saw a story of a kid who had an enlarged heart and died during a basketball game and i almost had a panic attack just too know that he was a perfectly fit kid and now he doesn’t exist he is just gone and that could happen to me at any time. i am not scared of the pain of death or the actual act of dying i am sacred of not existing of being gone forever of not being able to see what happens to the world what life is like in 200 year. i cant handle it i am getting terrified just typing this. i am only 18 what am i going to be like when i am 50 or 60 and close to death?? is this some sort of mental disease? what can i do to limit my fear of death??t affects my life greatly i drive as little as possible cause even if i am the best driver i could die cause of someone elses stupidity. i have missed 5 family vacations because i am to scared to get on the plane. and despite my doctor repeatedly telling me it is unnecessary i get a check up every two months for things like cancer prostate cancer to check my health and all of that shit.
what should i do?? should i see a counselor??

You need to get a therapist.

Paul asks…
What to wear to a house party?
I’m supposed to be going to a “Mustache” party with my bf (all the guys grew out mustaches for prostate cancer awareness, and at the party girls might wear fake mustaches).
And here’s my delema… I of course, have no idea what to wear. Its the first time I’ll be doing any partying with my bf so I wanna look hot. Also cause my sis is going, well although we are best friends n love each other to bits, we’re each others greatest rivals. So I know she’d be dressed as hot.
I am usually really casual with my attire when I’m around my bf cause well we usually just hang out at his place. So I usually wear sneakers, jeans, hoodie, and tee. But I like dressing up too, just that this will be my first opportunity to dress up for him, cause well when we first met it was when I was camping so I looked all grubby (although he says otherwise
). I don’t mind heels but only for special occasions or clubbing usually.
So its supposed to be a house party. And although I’m 20, I’ve never been to any real house party…other than once for halloween. I’ve only ever really been clubbing but its rare cause well, I’m just not into that scene and neither is my bf.
So what would be a sexy, yet casual look for a chic with a hispanic look (olive skin, long dark hair and eyes), with a petite figure, and about average height?
Thanks for the help:)

rob answers:
You sound exactly like me!!!
I love dressing up and go to heaps of house parties and I think that a drees would be cool with flats to make it casual…since your petite its good to show off your legs!!!
Another option is dark skinny jeans with a bright coloureed top to make it more fun!if you wear jeans then definitely put on a pair of heels…and dont worry, theyll be acceptable at a house party…
Because your wearing a moustache you want your outfit, hair, nails, makeup and accessories to be very girly!!! Think kim kardashian minus the too hoochie outfits lol
hope this helps and have heaps of fun at the party!

Richard asks…
I have just came from the doctors with test results, I have a question about the results?
As I said I just got home from the doctors they have been running tests and I have cancer, to make the story short. Prostate cancer to be exact, I have been doing research and some good reading on a website called goveg.com and the scientific studies that are linked on the site show that my eating meat is the cause of this.
As an avid hunter and meat eater, I don’t think I ever gave any thought to it being bad me. With this info I plan to look further into this and the doctor suggest giving a vegetarian diet a go. Maybe all the daWn tree huggers are on to something.
But my Question is what are you thoughts? I go for a second opinion next week, wish me luck…
just some of the links I have been reading

Personally i believe that eating certain food products doesn’t increase the chances of cancer or any illness for that matter, but a bad lifestyle does – End of the day no one has the right to tell you what to or not to eat. So i think its just in the genes, But yeah – Get well soon

well i e have this problem on issues i have about my daughter and my father . any ways my daughter is supposed to see her father every other weekend by supervised visits with his brothers and more. etc. my daughter now does not want nothing to do with him cause he calling her on the phone saying stupid sh.. to her. he owes money in child suporrt , he does not work. he is a dead beat father. has no life. he manuliptates my daughter on the phone i do not like at all . he is a sick bast…! i want him dead. what a jerk. and ass…. so i cannot believe that he does that to her. now my father has prostate cancer. and i email an brocher to my momyelled abt it and my mom yells at me for it. im worring about that sickness so my mom can read it from me. she thinks she will get junk mail because of that she blamed it on me cause i sent something to her. please help me

rob answers:
You seem to have two distinct issues, which should be in two seperate questions.
If you have cause, and your daughter doesn’t want to have to continue to deal with her father, you’ll have to get the courts to revisit the visitation agreement.
You may need to get a restraining order that says he can’t contact her any more.
You’re unclear about what sorts of things he’s saying, so it’s hard to say.
But if he’s scaring her, or harassing her, or being abusive, then the law will likely be on your side.
What you say about your mom is really unclear. You emailed her a thing, and now she’s mad that she may be on a junk-mail list?
If you can’t explain to her that that’s not the case, you’ll have to wait until she sees she isn’t on lists — unless you actualy did get her on lists, which you should try to get her off of.
But it’s not at all clear what, exactly happened, or what’s wrong.
Your mom is worried and scared, so not in her right mind, so try not to let it get to you.
Take one thing, and deal with it; don’t worry about things you can’t control. Do what you can about things you can do something about.

Mark asks…
New Jersey/New York Residents: Can I Come To Your Thanksgiving?
I’m going to be very lonely this upcoming Turkey Day. I am currently in college in the Midwest and my flight back to NJ is on Tuesday.
Anyways, Normally, my mom, my dad, me, and my sister went to my grandpa’s house for all the holidays. Where we were joined by our family that included aunts, uncles, cousins, family friends, etc. However, my grandpa died this August after battling prostate cancer for 10 yrs.
It was a huge blow to our family and I was the closest to him of all the grandchildren cause I was his first. Anyways, my mom and her 2 sisters are 2 constant fighting right now with what they are going to do w/ my grandfathers business and other assets. He left a considerable fortune. He told my mom she would be the left in charge of the company and its finances because she is a lawyer and was the closest to my grandpa.
My 2 aunts the eldest of the 3 sisters and the youngest are all at each others throats. The youngest of the sisters lives in my grandpa’s house w/ her husband and 2 children (3 and 1) and invited all her friends and husbands family. they invited us to come, but she is pissed at my other aunt who is having a small get together away from my other aunt at her house. She invited my mom as well even though all 3 re fighting my mom is trying to keep the peace and they arent as mad at her as they are w/ each other.
So, to avoid further problems my mom said, we are going to spend a quiet Thanksgiving alone at our house, which sucks cause I normally enjoyed family gatherings and now I am going to be bored out of my mind all alone in my house w/ nothing to do.
My friends a great deal of them stayed in their colleges and some of them I have seen their families in action I would not want to see what Thanksgiving in their houses are like. So, can I come I would wash the dishes do anything you ask me 2?

rob answers:
Awww, sweetie! I live in Tennessee but I would invite you if you lived here! I hope somebody invites you!
